Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson were at church together in Hamburg they were certain they could not go back. Ashley Hudson was 17 years old and hadn't ever had a relationship before, so they took the time to get acquainted. However, it was true romance at first sight. Andrew prayed on New Year's Eve just prior to the start of the year in 2016, to God would bless him with a last blessing this year. It was also hoped that Ashley would get married to him. Ashley wanted to design the perfect wedding that had a rustic woodland theme. This would truly represent her as well as Andrew. They incorporated a small amount of everything they love for their big day. The venue chosen was on the 40 acres back of the land Ashley has grown up on. Ashley went on a walk around the region and had fun on everything, starting from the route they took towards the fields where they exchanged vows. Andrew, Ashley and their friends had already walked in the field several times before they began dating. Since almost everything was DIY by the bride and groom it was essential to personalize the wedding. Andrew Ashley's dad, Ashley and Ashley themselves made all the decor. Ashley also painted and created many decoration ideas. Ashley states that we could have never had the magic wedding I had imagined if we hadn't had Anna's flower design. It's truly amazing.
