Annmarie Fairweather has been the HR Chief for Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices in People, People Management, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of leaders to achieve the business objectives, especially during periods of fast development and change. She is a trusted advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through employee engagement and change management. She believes that learning is the most important aspect of leadership. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. The experience has helped to create an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and the ability to change. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her energy and time to support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support to a number of non-profit organisations in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
